Gartner Magic Quadrant Finds Acumatica Highest in Customer Satisfaction for Cloud Core Financial Suites

Gartner—a leading information technology research and advisory company—has released their Gartner Magic Quadrant for Cloud Core Financial Management Suites for Midsize, Large and Global Enterprises 2018, focused exclusively on cloud ERP vendors and their financial suites. We’re very honored that Acumatica has once again been ranked as a Visionary for our Financial Management system, and that this year we’re also called out for having the highest Customer Satisfaction. How Gartner ranks cloud ERP vendors and where Acumatica lands

Basing their ratings on a vast number of criteria that all accrue to “Ability to Execute” and “Completeness of Vision”, Gartner’s analysts chose 12 (versus 11 last year) cloud software vendors to evaluate. It explains why each one was chosen and where they landed as Niche Players, Visionaries, Challengers, or Leaders. Acumatica’s inclusion in the report, and subsequent Visionary rating on the Magic Quadrant, is due to several factors:

• Our Financial Management suite is available as an independent purchase or in conjunction with such specialised Edition capabilities as Distribution, Manufacturing, and CRM
• We are cloud-based
• We focus on midsized organisations
• We get to market via our partner strategy
• We reach financial organisations regionally and internationally

Gartner’s in-depth research included customer feedback, and Acumatica’s cloud software customers scored us as highest in Customer Satisfaction. “Acumatica received the highest overall customer satisfaction score in our survey of reference customers,”Gartner states. • Ease of use
• How quickly (with minimal training) accounting users implemented our ERP software
• Above-average core ledgers (GL, AP, and AR)
• Ability of our cloud ERP software to meet their needs

Our press release also points out that Gartner sees Acumatica’s wide range of APIs, flexible cloud xRP platform, and range of partners’ apps as points of strength. Gartner also stated that Acumatica’s Financial Management suite fulfills the Gartner definition of postmodern ERP.
