Staff are wasting time  We often find that some businesses are not even using the basic features in their accounting system, and as a result their staff are spending time in printing out the documents, folding them, placing them in envelopes and sending them to the customer, not forgetting the cost of postage. There really is a saving to be made by making use of the built in email functions of your accounting system.
