Learning Resources are providers of educational toys selling directly to consumers over the web. In this project we implemented automated integrations between the accounting system,  the online shopping cart and the online credit card system. Product information is maintained in the stock system which is updated on the website. Web orders and payment authorisations are posted in the sales order system. Once the orders are confirmed for delivery, payment is collected online and posted in the receivables.

David Lloyd Leisure (DLL) have over 89 sites across the UK and Europe. We provided their finance department at head office with the much needed ability to consolidate management reports from each site at different levels without the need for a data warehouse. This project enabled DLL to become more efficient, saving time and money.

 

Learning Resources UPS case study

Accounting Software → UPS Warehouse

Learning Resources outsourced their warehouse and logistics to UPS. This required an automatic transfer of instructions to UPS for receiving, picking and assembly.All instructions are transmitted using an electronic data interchange (EDI). This project also required the automatic receipt and posting of UPS acknowledgements, as well as integration routines and the development of an order management console.

 

Richoux case studyAccounting Software → Restaurant Point of Sale Software

We implemented the integration of Richoux Restaurant Group’s front of house restaurant software into their accounting system. To save time and costs at the end of each days trading the automatic integration pulls up the day end takings information from across the group and posts it into the Sage accounting system.

Warehouse case study Birchalls Catering and Armored Auto GroupWMS Software → Warehouse Management System

We have done a number of  Accellos One Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations. Birchalls Catering and Armored Auto Group are two users of the system. WMS provides these clients with the tools to manage all picking and receiving functions using wireless handhelds as well as dispatch and delivery management.

 

Extended Product Details for Web Catalogue

Learning Resources (LR) have a requirement for in depth information on their website including product information, age group and photographs. The stock system in place is limited and unable to hold all of the required data. We instigated a CRM system which allowed us to create 200 extra data elements per product. The product specialists at LR record all the information on CRM and this automatically updates to the website and keeps the stock system up to date.

 

Combined Reporting

Nonviolent Peaceforce are a charity who aim to promote, develop and implement unarmed civilian peacekeeping as a tool for reducing violence and protecting civilians in situations of violent conflict. Their head office is in Brussels, but they also have sites all over the world including Sudan, Phillipines and USA. We provided Nonviolent Peaceforce with a hosted website running QuickBooks Enterprise with combined reporting applications and a training and set up guide for local offices to follow.
