City of London Firm Fixnetix Upgrades to Acumatica

Fixnetix was using QuickBooks to account for its UK and US operations. They soon found QuickBooks was too small for the volume of data handled and it lacked the functionality required by their type of business. Processing speeds were slow and the generation of reports was extremely slow. Quickbooks would also loose certain customer accounts, which required a data rebuild fairly often.

The implementation of Acumatica Cloud ERP was quick, within a month, and the go live was on time.

Fixnetix are now extending the system by using online time sheets for project control, fixed assets and supplier invoice approval.
