Unknown Deposits

For some businesses this is a big headache.  There are lots of customer deposits for the same amount, and often the references from the customers are not clear.  Acumatica Cloud ERP has a process to handle this.  You mark them as unknown deposits and they remain in a  separate account. The system presents all the unknown deposits in a list and all you need to do, when you know the customer account to which it needs to be applied to, is to enter the code on the list (lookup and select).  That is all.  No need to do any other processing.

That saves a lot of time and provides an instant list of all unknown receipts. Acumazing!
